STRONG THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN...WHICH HAS THE POTENTIAL 
FOR LOCALIZED FLOODING OF ROADS AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS. THIS STORM 
WAS LOCATED 14 MILES WEST OF ALLEGANY PARK...AND MOVING EAST AT 25 
MPH.
