STRONG THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN...WHICH COULD CAUSE 
LOCALIZED FLOODING OF ROADS AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS. THIS STORM WAS 
LOCATED NEAR JAMESTOWN...AND MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.
