* AT 520 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO OVER NORTH
  CENTRAL LINCOLN COUNTY...OR 22 MILES NORTHEAST OF LIMON. THIS STORM
  WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
