  CENTRAL MORTON COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA...

* UNTIL MIDNIGHT CDT

* AT 610 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE      
  WARNED AREA. TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN ACROSS
  SOUTH CENTRAL MORTON COUNTY. 

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO OCCUR OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS
  OF CENTRAL MORTON COUNTY...INCLUDING THE TOWN OF ALMONT.
