  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS
  OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR VARNA...OR 9 MILES EAST OF
  LACON...AND MOVING EAST AT 70 MPH.
