  CENTRAL OSWEGO COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW YORK...

* UNTIL 915 PM EDT

* AT 836 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO IN THE 
VICINITY OF PALERMO. LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED FUNNEL CLOUDS IN 
THE VICINITY OF PALERMO AS WELL. THE ACTIVITY WAS MOVING EAST AT 30 
MPH.
