* AT 646 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN 9 MILES NORTHEAST OF OCHELATA...     
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 55 MPH. RADAR INDICATES THAT 1 TO 2 INCHES     
  OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN. ANOTHER 2 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE      
  THROUGH 1045 PM CST AS ADDITIONAL STORMS MOVE ACROSS THE WARNED    
  AREA. INTENSE RAINFALL RATES WILL QUICKLY LEAD TO ADDITIONAL       
  FLOODING.
