  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 5 MILES
  SOUTHWEST OF WATER VALLEY...OR ABOUT 17 MILES NORTHEAST OF
  WAYNESBORO...MOVING EAST AT 50 MPH.

* THE  TORNADO WILL BE NEAR...
