  THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO OVER CENTRAL OKALOOSA
  COUNTY...OR ABOUT 11 MILES SOUTH OF CRESTVIEW...MOVING EAST AT 40
  MPH.
