* AT 1235 PM CDT...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED FLASH FLOODING  
  FROM HEAVY RAINS OVER THE WARNED AREA. SPOTTERS ALSO REPORT THAT   
  NUMEROUS WATER RESCUES CONTINUE TO TAKE PLACE ALONG HIGHWAY 393 IN 
  NORTHERN OKALOOSA COUNTY. THE HEAVY RAINS HAVE ENDED ACROSS THE    
  COUNTY AND CONDITIONS WILL GRADUALLY IMPROVE LATE THIS AFTERNOON
