  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS DANGEROUS
  STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR ELLINGTON...OR 18 MILES NORTHWEST OF
  PIEDMONT...AND MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.
