  NORTHERN WILSON COUNTY...

* UNTIL 645 AM CDT.

* AT 436 AM CDT...THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS DETERMINED THAT   
  THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS EASTERN BEXAR COUNTY...SOUTHERN               
  GUADALUPE...AND NORTHERN WILSON COUNTY ARE PRODUCING IN EXCESS OF  
  TWO INCHES OF RAIN PER HOUR. THESE STORMS WILL MOVE EAST AT 30 MPH 
  AND CONTINUE TO PRODUCE VERY HEAVY RAIN WHICH MAY CAUSE FLASH
