  NICOLLET COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA...

* UNTIL 845 PM CDT

* AT 821 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A STORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO. THE MOST DANGEROUS PART OF THE STORM WAS 4 MILES SOUTHEAST
  OF KLOSSNER...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50 MPH.
