* AT 739 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A STORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO. THE MOST DANGEROUS PART OF THE STORM WAS 5 MILES SOUTH OF
  SLEEPY EYE...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 38 MPH.
