  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO OVER EXTREME
  EAST CENTRAL OKALOOSA COUNTY...OR ABOUT 11 MILES EAST OF
  CRESTVIEW...MOVING NORTH AT 34 MPH.

* THE TORNADO WILL OTHERWISE IMPACT MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF THE
  INDICATED COUNTY.
