* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN BREVARD COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA...

* UNTIL 630 PM EDT

* AT 224 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
  VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING ON THE EAST SIDE OF TROPICAL STORM 
  FAY. MULTIPLE RAINBANDS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS. THIS 
  HAS ALREADY RESULTED IN RAINFALL AMOUNTS NEAR 10 INCHES IN STUART 
  AND 4 TO 7 INCHES FROM VERO BEACH TO FORT PIERCE.  

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO VIERA... 
  SUNTREE...MELBOURNE...PALM BAY AND INDIAN HARBOUR BEACH

RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 4 TO 6 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN THE WARNED AREA.
