* AT 409 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO NEAR
  VALENTINE...MOVING EAST AT 22 MPH.

* THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR...
  7 MILES SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 12 MILE MARKER 10 BY 425 PM CDT...
