* AT 1041 PM EST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN
  EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THESE STORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING
  FROM HALDEMAN TO CHRISTY TO LICK FORK...OR ALONG A LINE EXTENDING
  FROM 12 MILES NORTHEAST OF MOREHEAD TO 6 MILES EAST OF MOREHEAD TO
  8 MILES SOUTH OF MOREHEAD...AND MOVING EAST AT 50 MPH.
