THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LINCOLN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SANGAMON COUNTY IN CENTRAL ILLINOIS...

* UNTIL 1015 PM CDT.

* AT 712 PM CDT... WAS REPORTED FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER THE 
WARNED   AREA. DOPPLER RADAR HAS ESTIMATED 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN 
SINCE   4 PM.

THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THESE 
AREAS. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY RANGE FROM 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN 
BY 11 PM. THESE RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING.
