  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN 4 MILES NORTHEAST OF DRUMRIGHT...    
  MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH. RADAR INDICATES THAT 1 TO 2 INCHES OF       
  RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN. ANOTHER 2 TO 3 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE
