VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM A BAND THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS NORTHERN MARSHALL 
AND NORTHERN NEMAHA COUNTIES. THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS 
THIS AREA THROUGH AT LEAST 1030 PM WITH ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN.
