* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  JASPER COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI...
  CHEROKEE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST KANSAS...

* UNTIL 1130 AM CDT.

* AT 520 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE
  WARNED AREA. THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO TRAIN ACROSS THE
  SAME LOCATIONS OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS.  ADDITIONAL RAINFALL
  AMOUNTS OF TWO TO THREE INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE AND WILL 
  CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO OCCUR.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
