* AT 909 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING PENNY SIZE
  HAIL...AND DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THESE STORMS WERE
  LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM LIMA TO NEWARK...OR ALONG A
  LINE EXTENDING FROM 11 MILES WEST OF SPRINGFIELD TO NEWARK...AND
  MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH. TERMINAL DOPPLER RADAR WAS DETECTING 60 MPH
  WINDS NEAR WEST GROVE IN CHESTER COUNTY.
