SOUTHEASTERN LEHIGH COUNTY IN EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA... THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF ALLENTOWN... * UNTIL 1000 PM EDT * AT 657 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WARNED AREA.
