SOUTHERN BERKS COUNTY IN EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA... THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF READING... * UNTIL 900 PM EDT * AT 555 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WARNED AREA.
