* AT 228 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE
  THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60
  MPH.  THESE STORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 5 MILES
  NORTH OF ST CROIX FALLS TO 7 MILES SOUTH OF BALSAM LAKE TO 10 MILES
  SOUTHWEST OF AMERY...AND MOVING EAST AT 45 MPH.
