MARTIN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA... * UNTIL 1215 PM CDT * AT 905 AM CDT...RADAR DETECTED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER JACKSON COUNTY. THE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH AND WILL BEGIN TO OVERSPREAD MARTIN COUNTY BY 930 AM. RAINFALL FROM 1 TO 2 INCHES IS LIKELY AS THE STORMS MOVE ACROSS MARTIN COUNTY THIS MORNING.
