THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN THE TWIN CITIES HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MARTIN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA...

* UNTIL 915 AM CDT

* AT 510 AM CDT...RADAR DETECTED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY  
RAIN ACROSS OVER MARTIN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA. THE 
STORMS PRODUCING THE HEAVIEST RAIN WERE 3 MILES SOUTH OF 
SHERBURN...OR ABOUT 13 MILES WEST OF FAIRMONT. THESE STORMS WERE  
MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH. ESTIMATES FROM RADAR INDICATED THAT NEARLY 2 
TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN DURING THE PAST HOUR OVER THE WARNED 
AREA. EXPECT ADDTIONAL SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS TO PRODUCE 
TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE WARNED AREA.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT MAY BE AFFECTED INCLUDE...FAIRMONT AND TRIMONT.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IMMINENT.
