* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  TODD COUNTY IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA...
  MORRISON COUNTY IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA...
  STEARNS COUNTY IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA...
  BENTON COUNTY IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA...
  MILLE LACS COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA...
  POPE COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA...

* UNTIL 800 PM CDT

* AT 201 PM CDT...RADAR DETECTED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY
  RAIN ACROSS MUCH OF THE WARNED AREA. THE STORMS PRODUCING THE
  HEAVIEST RAIN EXTENDED FROM GLENWOOD...TO SARTELL AND LITTLE
  FALLS... TO MILACA. ESTIMATES FROM RADAR INDICATED THAT NEARLY 4 
  INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN DURING THE PAST 3 HOURS...AND SOME AREAS
  MAY PICK UP ANOTHER TWO TO FOUR INCHES. THE GROUND HAS ALREADY
  BEEN SATURATED BY RECENT RAINFALL IN THE WARNED AREA...AND
  ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL RUNOFF AND CAUSE FLOODING.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT MAY BE AFFECTED INCLUDE...ALBANY...FOLEY...
  LITTLE FALLS...MILACA...ONAMIA...SAUK CENTRE...SAUK RAPIDS...
  AND ST CLOUD.
