  SOUTHERN LUBBOCK COUNTY IN NORTHWEST TEXAS.

* UNTIL 800 PM CDT

* AT 732 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL.  THIS
  STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR SLIDE...OR ABOUT 15 MILES WEST OF SLATON...
  MOVING EAST AT 5 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS NEAR THE PATH OF THIS STORM INCLUDE SLIDE AND       
  WOODROW.

LARGE HAIL AND VERY HEAVY RAINS ARE EXPECTED WITH THIS STORM. TAKE

WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED HAIL TO ONE INCH IN DIAMETER ALONG COUNTY 
ROAD 2300 AND FARM-TO-MARKET 41...ABOUT 2 MILES SOUTH OF WOODROW. 

THE PORTION OF THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM THAT PRODUCED THE HAIL HAS 
MOVED SOUTH INTO LYNN COUNTY...THEREFORE THE WARNING FOR LUBBOCK 
COUNTY WILL BE ALLOWED TO EXPIRE. OTHER STRONG STORMS CONTINUE ALONG 
THE LUBBOCK...LYNN COUNTY LINE AND WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING 
SMALL HAIL AND VERY HEAVY RAINFALL.
