ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS NEAR GRAND BAY AND MAIN PASS. HOWEVER OTHER 
STRONG TO POSSIBLY SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS CENTRAL PLAQUEMINES 
PARISH AND IN THE WATERS NEAR SOUTHWEST PASS WILL MOVE ACROSS THE
