NORTHWESTERN LINCOLN COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA... * UNTIL 730 PM CDT * AT 643 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 21 MILES NORTH OF HERSHEY...OR ABOUT 8 MILES SOUTHWEST OF TRYON...MOVING SOUTH AT 20 MPH. * THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR...
