  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION.  THIS SEVERE STORM WAS
  LOCATED NEAR ORA...OR ABOUT 7 MILES SOUTHEAST OF KNOX...AND MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
