THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LEAGUE CITY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CHAMBERS COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS

* UNTIL 500 AM CDT

* AT 349 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING OVER 
CHAMBERS COUNTY AND MOVING INTO WESTERN CHAMBERS COUNTY. RAINFALL 
RATES OF 3 TO 4 INCHES PER HOUR WILL ACCOMPANY THESE STORMS.

* FLOODING IS EXPECTED IN OR NEAR...
WALLISVILLE...HANKAMER...WINNIE...STOWELL...MONT BELVIEU AND COVE.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DEPTH AND SPEED OF FLASH FLOOD WATERS. ACT QUICKLY IF FLASH FLOODING
