  NORTHEASTERN WALSH COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA...

* AT 411 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 3
  MILES NORTH OF BOWESMONT TO 3 MILES EAST OF NASH...OR ALONG A      
  LINE EXTENDING FROM 24 MILES NORTHEAST OF GRAFTON TO 4 MILES       
  NORTHWEST OF GRAFTON. THE STORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN WERE    
  MOVING INTO KITTSON COUNTY...BUT RADAR INDICATES THAT UP TO 3
