* AT 408 PM CDT...SHOWERS PRODUCING MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL CONTINUES
  ACROSS WILSON COUNTY. RAINFALL RATES WERE ESTIMATED AT AROUND 1 INCH
  AN HOUR. MOVEMENT IS NORTH AT 20 MPH. ANY ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL
  RESULT IN RAPID RUNOFF AND FLASH FLOODING.
