* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  LEE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS...
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...LEXINGTON...GIDDINGS...

* UNTIL 715 PM CDT

* AT 403 PM CDT...THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS DETERMINED THAT   
  RAINFALL ESTIMATES FROM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATE THAT FLASH FLOODING 
  IS POSSIBLE FROM THUNDERSTORMS LOCATED OVER THE SOUTHERN HALF OF
  LEE COUNTY. RAINFALL RATES WERE ESTIMATED AT 2 TO 3 INCHES AN HOUR.
  MOVEMENT IS NORTH AT 20 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
