* AT 331 PM CDT...THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS DETERMINED THAT
  RAINFALL ESTIMATES FROM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATE VERY HEAVY RAINS
  AND FLASH FLOODING FROM THUNDERSTORMS 10 TO 30 MILES SOUTHWEST
  OF MOUNTAIN HOME AND HUNT. RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 3 INCHES PER 
  HOUR WERE NOTED.
