  TO DETECT THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED
  AREA. THIS WILL LEAD TO CONTINUED FLASH FLOODING. RAINFALL RATES
  OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR WERE INDICATED FROM THE OAKALLA TO
  BURNET TO KINGSLAND TO HYE TO BOERNE TO PIPE CREEK. LOCAL RAINFALL
  AMOUNTS NEAR 5 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE. SOME STREAMS ARE RUNNING NEAR
  BANKFULL. SOME OF THIS RAIN WILL FALL OVER AREAS THAT EXPERIENCED
  MAJOR FLOODING ON WEDNESDAY. THIS IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION.
