* UNTIL 1130 AM CST

* AT 923 AM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  ONLY LIGHT TO MODERATE RAINS ACROSS HAYS AND TRAVIS 
  COUNTIES...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. 

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE LAGO VISTA...MANOR...
  PFLUGERVILLE AND WINDEMERE

RAINFALL FROM EARLIER RAINS WILL CAUSE SMALL STREAMS TO RUN OUT OF
