* AT 642 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 16 MILES EAST OF
  WINDHORST...OR 4 MILES WEST OF CENTERVIEW...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30
  MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  RURAL RESIDENCES OF EASTERN FORD COUNTY.
