* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  RICHLAND COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL OHIO

* UNTIL 715 AM EDT

* AT 314 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...SOME WITH HEAVY RAIN. RAINFALL AMOUNTS 
  IN AN HOUR COULD REACH 2 INCHES. THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS     
  WILL MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH. THE RAIN WILL DECREASE AFTER DAYBREAK.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO 
SHELBY...MANSFIELD...OTTAWA...BELLVILLE AND BUTLER

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS...STREAMS AND OTHER LOW
LYING AREAS WILL BE SUBJECT TO FLOODING.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE
UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS
SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
