  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 14 MILES NORTH
  OF LAGUNA HEIGHTS...OR ABOUT 15 MILES NORTH OF PORT ISABEL...MOVING
  SOUTHEAST AT 5 MPH.
