  EAST CENTRAL ELBERT COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL COLORADO

* UNTIL 445 PM MDT

* AT 406 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
  A THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO NEAR GENOA...
  OR ABOUT 11 MILES EAST OF LIMON. THIS STORM WAS NEARLY 
  STATIONARY.  A NEARLY STATIONARY BOUNDARY EXTENDING FROM NEAR
  ARRIBA TO GENOA...LIMON...AND THEN TO POINTS SOUTH OF MATHESON
  WILL BE THE FOCUS FOR POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL TORNADO DEVELOPMENT
  THROUGH 445 PM.
