  SEVERE STORM WHICH WAS RAPIDLY ROTATING AND CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO.  THIS SEVERE STORM WAS LOCATED 14 MILES EAST OF PINON...OR
  20 MILES NORTHEAST OF PUEBLO...AND WAS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 5 MPH.
