* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SUSSEX COUNTY IN SOUTHERN DELAWARE

* UNTIL 200 PM EDT

* AT 1100 AM EDT...FLASH FLOODING WAS REPORTED OVER A GOOD 
  PORTION OF THE COUNTY WITH THE WORST FLOODING AROUND SEAFORD.

* ALTHOUGH THE EXCESSIVELY HEAVY RAIN HAS DIMINISHED, FLOODING IS
  EXPECTED TO CONTINUE INTO EARLY THIS AFTERNOON.   

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS...STREAMS AND OTHER LOW
