  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS
  OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR KILMICHAEL...OR ABOUT 14
  MILES SOUTHEAST OF WINONA...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50 MPH.
