  DETECTED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO OVER
  MEDINA COUNTY...OR ABOUT 13 MILES SOUTHWEST OF BOERNE...MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
