VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER LUCAS COUNTY. TOLEDO
EXPRESS AIRPORT RECEIVED 1.7 INCHES OF RAIN IN 40 MINUTES WITH THESE
STORMS. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF 1 TO 3 INCHES IS POSSIBLE THROUGH 130
