  LAKE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OHIO

* AT 204 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
VERY HEAVY RAINFALL MOVING INTO LAKE COUNTY.  RAINFALL OF 2 TO 4 
INCHES IS POSSIBLE IN LAKE COUNTY THROUGH 5 PM.  WITH THE GROUND 
SATURATED FROM RECENT RAINFALL... FLOOD CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP 
QUICKLY THIS AFTERNOON.
